数字城市地理空间框架建设方案设计探讨

数字城市是物质城市在数字网络空间的再现和反映,地理空间框架则是数字城市的核心组成部分之一,加快建成城市地理空间框架,实现各类信息互联互通,为政府的科学决策、公共服务、社会管理、综合监管等提供服务.本文以青海省县级市为研究重点,结合当前数字城市的发展现状,介绍数字地理空间框架建设的目标、任务和主要内容,重点对基于云架构的地理信息公共服务平台功能设计进行研究和探讨.

Discussion on Design Scheme of Digital City Geospatical Framework

Digital city is reproducing the material city in the digital network space,Geospatial framework is the core of one of the components of digital city to accelerate the completion of the city geospatial framework to achieve interoperability of various types of information,for scientific decision-government,public services,social management,consolidated supervision and other services.In this paper,with a focus on county-level city in Qinghai,combined with the current development of digital cities,introduction of digital city geospatical framework construction goals,tasks and the main content,focusing on cloudbased architecture of geographic information public service platform forfunctional design study and discussion.
