| 摘 要： | 机车轮轴利用过盈装配来传递载荷,过盈量的大小影响组装应力。利用ANSYS软件建模,并对该结构进行非线性有限元分析,得到轮轴结构和热—结构应力场图。通过机车轮轴装配应力计算,给出了轮轴合理的过盈量.

| Abstract: | Locomotive axle using interference fit to transfer load ,the amount of interference size effects assembly stress. Use of ANSYS software modeling and nonlinear finite element analysis on the structure , get the shaft structure and thermal structure stress field maps.Calculating the assembly stress of locomo-tive axle ,given reasonable the amount of interference of wheel and axle. |
