摘    要:本文以高铅低锑多金属硫化矿为原料,经氯化浸取、加水水解、加氨中和脱氯等过程,并通过XRD测试分析,得到产品附加值较高的立方晶型锑白,符合GB4062-2002要求.解决了高铅低锑多金属硫化矿湿法制备锑白的技术工艺,与火法冶炼相比,消除了二氧化硫污染,提高资源综合利用率,多种有价元素得到综合利用,并推动锑产品向深加工方向发展.

Abstract:The cubic crystalline antimony white can be prepared from the lead rich-antimony low multi-metal sulphide ore by the process of leaching with chloration-hydrolysis-neutralization with ammonia wa-ter ,and the added value of antimony product is increased. The cubic crystalline antimony white can be confirmed by XRD method. The quality of antimony white obtained by this method corresponds to GB4062- 2002 of the People’s Republic of China. The cubic crystalline antimony white can be prepared by the hy-drometallurgy technology ,compared with the dry metallurgy ,sulfur dioxide pollution is eliminated ,the u-tilization rate of resources is improved ,comprehensive many kinds of valuable elements is got comprehen-sive utilization ,and antimony products will develop in the direction of deep processing.
