摘    要:本文报道了不加巯基类捕收剂,在实验室和工业回路中实现了硫化铜矿石的浮选。按天然可浮性、自诱导浮选和硫诱导浮选,研究和讨论硫化矿无捕收剂浮选的不同机理,提出了无捕收剂浮选分离硫化矿混合矿的新设想。

Abstract:The plant-scale collectorless flotation of copper sulfide ore was carried outin 1989.The grade and recovery of copper concentrate were similar to thoseof collector-induced flotation.The collectorless flotation(CLF)is divided intothree types according to mineral structures and solution conditions:natu-ral floatability(NF)which arises from the layer structure of sulfide minerals(molybdenite);self-induced floatability(SIF)which is attributed to theoxidation of mineral surfaces themselves with good semi-conductivity(chal-copyrite and galena);sulphur-induced floatability(SRIF)which is due tothe HS~- oxidation on mineral surfaces at alkline pH(arsenopyrite and py-rite).The mechanisms of three types of floatability are discussed.The flota-tion separation of chalcopyrite from arsenopyrite is conducted using SIF andSRIF.The SIF and SRIF have a higher selectivity of flotation separationthan collector-induced flotation(CIF).
