| Abstract: | The asymptotic behavior of dynamical systems is dealt with by means of the invariance principle, A new concept is introduced to characterize the boundedness of speeds of motions in a subset of a metric spaca. Two theorems on the asymptotic behavior of trajectories in a dynamical system on a metric spaece are established. A theorem on instability of a set is also obtaind, which generalizes the earlier results. |
