创新型产业集聚区培育机制及成长动力研究

分析了传统产业集聚区和创新型产业集聚区的不同,传统产业集聚区过度依赖成本,缺乏市场效应,资源环境约束性强,缺乏良好的软硬环境,缺乏高素质的企业家队伍和人才队伍;创新型产业集聚区有良好的制度创新,企业自主创新能力强,创新投入和创新产出都比较大,区域创新环境优良。借鉴了国内外创新型产业集聚区的经验,提炼出创新型产业集聚区的培育机制和成长动力。

Reserach on the Cultivation Mechanism and Growth Dynamics about the Innovative in Dustrial Agglomeration District

This paper analyzes the differences between the traditional industry cluster and the innovative industry cluster. The tra- ditional industry cluster depends on low cost excessively, where it lacks of market effects and soft and hard environment, the restrain of resources environment is strong, and the high quality talent team and entrepreneurs are insufficient. The innovative industry cluster has good innovation system, where enterprises have strong independent innovation ability, the innovation investment and innovation output is bigger, and the regional innovation environment is well. This paper absorbs the experience about the innovative industry cluster at home and abroad, and points out the cultivation mechanism and growth dynamics.
