基于VOF方法数值模拟离心式喷嘴内两相流流动

摘    要:离心式喷嘴内的气液两相流动是影响喷嘴雾化特性的重要因素.利用FLUENT软件,基于VOF(volume-of-fluid)方法对离心式喷嘴内的气液两相流动进行三维数值模拟.模拟计算很好地捕获了燃油在离心式喷嘴内所形成的空气涡及雾化锥角,所得的喷嘴内压力分布、相分布与雾化锥角反映出该离心式喷嘴内流动特点,并与试验结果吻合较好.同时还计算了不同入口压力下喷嘴出口处的速度与雾化锥角,结果表明,随着入口压力的增加喷嘴出口速度增加,但对喷嘴雾化角影响较小.因此,数值模拟方法为离心式喷嘴的设计与雾化性能预报提供了必要的边界条件与理论基础.

Abstract:The gas-liquid flow in the swirl atomizer has an important influence on atomization characteristics.With the software FLUENT used,the 3-D numerical simulation of internal flow in the swirl atomizer was preformed,based on the VOF method.The size and shape of the cone angles formed due to the airflow and atomization were acquired in the atomizer by the numerical simulation.As a result,the pressure distribution,phase distribution and atomization cone angle showed that the flow characteristics of the swirl atom...
