入世对欠发达地区民营企业的影响及对策

中国加入世贸组织后,国内市场与国际市场接轨,我国欠发达地区的民营企业面临政府行政性干预过多、融资困难、自身素质较低等的困扰。为此,政府应当转变职能,修改相关法律、法规。民营企业应当积极筹措资金,突出主业,发展外向型经济,努力提高自身素质。

The Influenec of Joining WTO on Private Enterprises in the Underdeveloped Areas and the Countermeasures

After joining WTO, Chinese domestic market becomes connected with international market. So private enterprises in under-developed areas would be confronted with some troubles, such as too much administrative intervention from the government, difficulty in circulating necessary funds, the low level of self-competence and so on. Under these circumstances, the government should change its functions; the relative laws and regulations should be amended; private enterprises should make an active effort to raise funds; main businesses should be stressed and export-oriented economy should be developed; the enterprises should do their best to improve their self-competence.
