| 摘 要： | 通过调整粘结相成分、碳化钨（ＷＣ）粒度、喷焊工艺参数及采用碳化钨涂层等办法来控制碳化钨的熔解，使焊层与基体结合良好。并且在钢板的剪切机刀片上作了实际考核，寿命大大提高。

| Abstract: | The melting of WC has been control by adjusting the composition of binding.phase, size of WC, processing parameter of plasma spray welding and coationg WC powder. The combination of welding layer and base is good. The practical investigation on the razor blade of scissors of steel plate was conducted and it's life was improved notablely. |
