| 摘 要： | 液体闪烁计数器的测定结果表明,紫外线能诱导人肺腺癌细胞SPC-A-1的非预定DNA合成,而化学药物汉防己甲素对该细胞的非预定DNA合成及DNA复制合成有明显的抑制作用.本文还讨论了影响测定结果的一些主要因素.

| Abstract: | The UDS (Unscheduled DNA Synthesis) of human lung adeno-carcinoma cells, SPC-A-1, was measured by direct scintillation counting of ~3H-thymidine incorporated into the damaged DNA caused by UV irradiation. The inhibiting effect of a chemical compound (tetrandrine) on the UDS and on the replicative DNA synthesis of the cells was also determined by this technique. The main factors involved in the measurement are discussed. |
