摘    要:在水下建筑工程中,往往采用围堰断流的方法,完成后再把围堰拆除.但有些工程不允许或无法断流,因而水下爆破开挖是人们关注和研究的课题.本文介绍温州瓯江泵站进水口扩建工程,即在不停水的情况,完成爆破清渣,基础孔开挖的工程实例.该工程工期短,投资少,质量好,被评为优良工程.

Abstract:During the underwater architectural engineering, method of cofferdam damming is often adopted and the cofferdam is demolished after completion. But in some projects, this method is unallowed or unable, so underwater controlled blasting is a subject concerned and researched by people. This paper introduces the water inlet expansion project of Wenzhou Oujiang River pumping station. Namely, in the condition of not damming, Engineers can complete the project of blasting, spoil removing and the basal hole excavating. The project is finished in short construction period, with less investment and good quality and is assessed an excellent one.
