Fe3Al/TiC复合材料的耐高温冲蚀性能

摘    要:研究了Fe3Al/TiC复合材料在高浓度SO2和SiO2细颗粒气流中的耐高温冲蚀磨损性能,并与Fe3Al基合金和钴基高温合金在同等实验条件下进行比较,结果表明:Fe3Al/TiC复合材料的高温抗冲蚀性优于2种对比材料。SEM分析显示:Fe3Al/TiC复合材料的冲蚀表面形貌以薄片屑形成机制为主。

Abstract:The high temperature erosion resistance of Fe 3Al/TiC composite at high temperatures was investigated in the air flow containing high concentrated SO 2 and fine SiO 2 particles. The composite was compared with Fe 3Al based alloys and cobalt based alloys under the same experimental conditions. The results indicated that Fe 3Al/TiC composite had much higher erosion resistance than the two compared materials. SEM observations on the surface of eroded specimen reveal that the erosion mechanism of Fe 3Al/TiC composite was mainly flake formation.
