| 摘 要： | 通过回顾控制性详细规划在我国的产生及发展过程，分析其热点问题，指出控规还需在工程管网的空问综合规划、近期规划、覆盖率及其法律地位等方面进一步完善．并围绕规划与管理的衔接，提出了相应的建议及措施．

| Abstract: | Citing the development of the regulatory planning in China, arguing the focuses in the field, the author concludes that we should pay more attentions to the integrated-space planning of engineering-ductworks, the nearly planning, cover-rate and law enforcements. At the end of the paper,the author also gives some utilizable advices to the regulatory planning. |
