| 摘 要： | 运动自信理论自提出以来显示了其巨大影响力，它被广泛应用于各种领域，特别是在体育运动领域受到了高度的关注。对国内外体育运动中自信心研究进展进行了深入的分析，针对现有研究中存在的问题与不足，提出完善未来研究的建议。
