摘    要:为研究不同形式铝合金蒙皮的抗弹性能,利用气炮将直径为12.7 mm重量为50 g的弹体加速到不同速度,对7种不同形式共40件的铝合金结构板进行了弹击试验.蒙皮板的材料均为 LY12-CZ.在试验过程中,对弹体的初始速度、剩余速度以及结构件上典型点的应变历程进行了测试,对弹击后试件的损伤或破坏模式进行了分析.同时讨论了不同结构形式对破坏模式、非破坏区的应变以及弹道极限速度的影响,结果表明:1)不同形式铝合金蒙皮破坏模式主要是冲塞、花瓣型穿透;2)加筋结构能提高靶板的弹道极限速度,降低靶板非破坏区的变形;3)使用泡沫夹心结构靶板可显著减少非破坏区的应变;但实际上其抗弹性能并不好.最后为了预估和评价这些蒙皮结构的抗弹性能,通过分析计算所得的剩余弹速与实测结果进行了比较,结果相当吻合,验证了预估计算方法的有效性.

Abstract:To understand the anti-penetration performance of different types of skin panels under the projectile impact,the typical skin panels of the aluminous alloy structures are impacted by the ballistic bullets with a diameter of 12.7 mm and a weight of 50 using a gas gun.These targets have seven different types and total are 40.All skin panels are made of material LY12-CZ.During testing,the initial and residual velocities of projectile are measured,and the failure modes are determined.Withal,the effect of different types of panels on failure mode,maximum strain,and ballistic limit velocity is analyzed.The results show that:1)The failure mode includes the plugging and the penetration with a shape like flower;2)The stringers in riveting skin panels can improve the ballistic limit velocities of panels and restrain the deformation of panels;3)The sandwich skin panels can largely restrain the strain of panels,but in contrast,it reduces the ballistic limit velocities of panels.Finally,to evaluate and predict the residual velocity of the projectile of the different types of skin panels after impacting,a theory calculation also is done,the results are good agreement between the calculation and testing.
