| 摘 要： | 文章通过介绍JPEG压缩标准，详细分析了JPEG标准下的图像压缩编码和解码原理以及实现过程，并在Visual C＋＋中通过CJPEG类提供的JPEG编码和解码函数，实现了对静止图象的数据压缩，达到了高效存储、传输、处理图象数据的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper shows the standard of JPEG compression, and analyses the principles of its compress code and decode. Through the JPEG code and decode function offered by CJPEG in VC, we can succeed in compressing the static vision with the purpose of storing, transmitting and dealing with the vision data high-efficiently. |
