| 摘 要： | 印度附属学院在治理模式上的特征,包括治理机构多元化,分工明确;民主行政,学者教授参与学院治理;母体大学控制严格,限制较多,附属学院自主权有限;管理为教学服务,教学为考试服务等.我国独立学院应借鉴印度附属学院治理模式的有益经验,扩大办学自主权,控制数量增长,实现学术自治,实行民主管理.提升学术标准.
