| 摘 要： | 文章对编辑工作能力与学报质量的关系作了一些探讨。认为编辑在实际工作中所表现出来的能力,不仅体现个人在工作中的实际水平,而且体现出编辑部综合实力的大小,某个编辑环节出了问题,就会直接影响到学报的质量。
