摘    要:以聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)大分子为模板用硼氢化钠还原氯金酸制得PAMAM-Au纳米复合物,并与肌红蛋白(myoglobin,Mb)构筑了{PAMAM-Au/Mb}n层层组装薄膜电极.肌红蛋白在此层层组装薄膜电极上实现了直接电化学,并对过氧化氢的电化学还原有着较好的催化作用.

Abstract:PAMAM-Au nanocomposites prepared by reduction of HAuCl4 with NaBH4 in the presence of the fourth generation polyamidoamine(PAMAM) were used to assemble layer-by-layer with myoglobin(Mb) into {PAMAM-Au/Mb}n films on the pyrolytic graphite(PG) electrode surface.The direct electrochemistry of Mb in the films was realized and used to catalyze the reduction of hydrogen peroxide.
