| 摘 要： | 目的：筛选出回流提取南五味子中木脂素的最佳工艺。方法：采用正交试验法，以木脂素的含量为考察指标，对乙醇浓度、回流提取的次数及药材粒度等影响因素进行研究。结果：最佳工艺为药材细粉用50％乙醇8倍量回流提取1次，其有效成份的转移率100％。

| Abstract: | Objective： To optimize the best extraction conditions of total lignans in south Schizandra ehinensis Baill. Method： Comparing the content of lignans, the alcohol concentration, reflux extraction time and granularity were investigated by orthogonal experiment. Results： The optimum reflux extracting condition obtained： adding 8 folds of 50% alcohol, extracting once. The availability component extraction rate is 100%. |
