大孔弱酸DK110树脂提取庆大霉素的研究

摘    要:本文比较了用大孔弱酸DK110和强酸732两种不同类型的树脂,提取庆大霉素的交换和洗脱性能。对DK110提取过程中,发酵液的预处理、灰分、色素和非活性小组分的去除等工艺条件进行了研究。实验表明,用DK110提取庆大霉素静态交换容量可比732树脂提高50%以上,收率提高6%左右,生产周期缩短1/3。同时,还具有解吸峰集中、杂质容易去除等优点。

Abstract:Macroreticular weak-acid cation exchange resin DK 110 and the conventional gel-ty-pe strong-acid resin 732 were used for the extraction of Gentamycin from fermentationbroth, their sorption capacities and elution properties were compared, Some technologicalconditions of extraction by DK 110 were studied, including the broth pretreatment, dimi-nution of the ash content, removal of colored materials, non-active minor components etc.Experimental results have shown that the DK 110 resin has the following advantages overthe 732 resin: the overall yield of Gentamycin is 6% and exchange capacity 50% higher,production cycle shortened by one third, the elution peak higher and more concentratedand the removal of impurities from the resin easier. Therefore the DK 110 resin can beused to replace the 732 resin for the extraction of Gentamycin from the broth.
