论构建中国特色现代军事力量体系

党的十八大报告明确提出“构建中国特色现代军事力量体系”的要求，为新形势下我军军事力量整体建设指明了方向。构建中国特色现代军事力量体系，必须以党在新形势下的强军目标为牵引，抓好各支撑体系中信息化武器装备、高素质新型军事人才、新型作战力量和现代后勤等关键环节的建设，不断探索构建中国特色现代军事力量体系的实践路径，提升部队基于信息系统的体系作战能力，确保部队能打仗、打胜仗。

The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward the requirements of building a modern military power system with Chinese characteristics, which points the direction for our army building. To construct the modern military system with Chinese characteristics, we must take the Party＇s military objective as a guide in the new situation to strengthen the construction of modern weapons, develop high-quality military personnel, build new combat forces and grasp the key links modern logistics. We must constantly improve the combat capability of our troops based on the information system to ensure the PLA will be able to fight and win a war.
