摘    要:美国海军协同作战是以共享信息化网络为基础来实现平台级和武器级的协同作战,贯穿了美国海军多兵种的联合作战或合同作战的整个始末。文中以美国海军协同作战为例,描述了协同的概念及内涵,阐述了信息化条件下协同指挥控制中的协同层次、协同模式、协同内容及关键技术,指出了协同指挥控制面临的挑战及发展重点,对发展我海军一体化协同作战装备,增强海军兵力一体化协同作战能力具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The U.S. Navy coordinated operations are based on the shared information network platform for the implementation of platform-level and weapons-level cooperation, which runs through the Navy's multi-service joint operations or cooperative operations. With the U.S. Navy coordinated op- erations as an example, this paper explains in detail the concept and connotation of cooperation and the coordinating levels, modes, contents and key technologies in the coordinated command and control under the conditions of informatization, and point out the challenges and focuses in development for the coordinated command and control. Studies will contribute to the integration of the Chinese Navyrs coordinated equipment to enhance the capability of integrated and coordinated operations of naval forces.
