摘    要:群体动力理论研究群体中个体之间的相互作用和相互影响对整个群体及个体所产生的能量。通过课堂教学实验活动和访谈调查,证明将群体动力理论应用于英语课堂教学可以激发学员的学习潜能,实现课堂教学效果的提升和学员英语水平的显著提高。

Abstract:Group Dynamics focuses on the interaction and mutual influence of individuals in a group as well as their effects on the whole group and individuals themselves. The experiment results of in-class English teaching activities which are designed and analyzed in this paper prove that the application of group dynamics to college English teaching can stimulate the students' learning potential, improve the in-class English teaching quality and help the students make progress in English learning.
