军校研究生公共英语听力教学现状分析及对策

当前，军校研究生公共英语听力教学中不同程度地存在着费时低效的现象，对这一教学现状的分析有助于梳理出若干主要成因，并据此找到相应的对策，从而进一步提高军校研究生的英语教学效果，培养出合格的新型高层次军事人才。

Analysis of the status quo of English listening teaching for non-English-major military academy postgraduates and some corresponding strategies

Nowadays, in the English listening teaching for non-English major postgraduates in military academies, there more or less exists the phenomenon that the success achieved is rather limited, though both teachers and students spend a lot of time on it. The analysis of the status quo will help to make a list of possible causes and offer the corresponding strategies that can be applied to the further improvement of the teaching effectiveness so as to cultivate highly-talented military personnel of a new type.
