教学质量与工学结合条件下的高职教育质量观

摘    要:以质量求生存、以质量求发展,是一切物质与服务产品输出的第一尺度。依据国际标准化组织(ISO)质量定义,教学质量即指“办学实体固有特性满足‘顾客’发展要求的程度”。“工学结合人才培养模式下高职教育教学质量”的基本内涵是:承担高中后全日制职业技术学历教育的高等办学实体。其“学习与工作相结合”的办学机制、教学资源、课程结构及可供给的高技能专长、职业素养等种种特性,满足“顾客”(学生)职业适应力、就业竞争力、可持续发展力要求的程度。
