摘    要:将高血压患者按心血管危险因素、靶器官损伤及临床疾患综合评估,划分为低危、中危、高危及很高危,并依此指导医生确定治疗时机、策略与估计预后非常重要。因此,需要开发一个应用系统根据高血压患者的体检信息来鉴定高血压患者的心血管风险水平。提出了一种方法,该方法首先将数据库记录动态转换成本体实例;然后,这些本体实例将和高血压本体模型以及高血压诊断知识结合起来形成一个新的本体模型;最后,将推理机作用于新的本体模型来得到诊断结论。实验结果表明该方法是可行的,而且能兼顾本体与数据库的优势。

Abstract:It is very important to use the cardiovascular risk factors, target organ damages and clinical diseases of the hypertensive to synthetically assess them for dividing them into low-risk, medium-risk, high-risk and very high-risk group and then guide the doctors to determine treatment timing, strategies and prognosis. Thus, the objective of this work is to develop an application that can be used to identify cardiovascular risk levels of the hypertensive patients according to their medical information. A method is proposed which can dynamically convert database records into ontology instances. Then, these ontology instances will be combined with hypertension ontology model and hypertension diagnosis knowledge to produce a new ontology model. Finally, a reasoner will infer on this new model to draw the diagnosis conclusion. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and able to take advantage of the merits of both database and ontology.
