| 摘 要： | 分析铁路客运站经济效益和旅客舒适度的影响因素,确定输出指标,以铁路客运站的各种能耗因素作为输入指标,用数据包络分析(DEA)模型进行线性规划求解,得出了客运站的总体效率、纯技术效率、规模效率和相对排序,提出了使非DEA有效的客运站达到DEA有效的途径.并通过比较各有效客运站能效的横切效率的大小,得出所有客运站能效利用情况的最终排序.对铁路客运站能效提高提出有针对性的建议,以期为改进和提高铁路运输质量和增强铁路运输的综合竞争力提供参考依据.
