| 摘 要： | 价值规律随着商品经济的发展而变化。在脑力劳动条件下，价值实体是脑力耗费；创新、能动性是影响价值量的主要因素；价格波动的中心是个别价值；影响价格波动的因素是创新及其时效。价值规律的作用也从促使商品生产者提高效率转向促进创新；从调节物质资源的合理分配转为促进知识智力资源向有利于创新企业的分配；还促进了教育的发展和“智本家”阶级的产生。
