| 摘 要： | 法律语言文本结构以条为基本单位,条款式表述是法律修辞之特质。法律条款式表述,往往以主题词为核心形成一个主旨突出、语义贯通的主题语链(topicchain)。条的构段,要注意设款的匀称,款与款之间在语义上和形式上的关联。

| Abstract: | Provision is a basic unit of the structure of legal term text,and the formulation of the form of provisions is the characteristics of law rhetoric.The formulation of the form of legal provisions often centers around the subject terms,forming a topic chain characterised by striking gist and semantic link-up.When forming a naragraph wity provisions,one should notice the symmetry of setting up provisions and the relevance in the meanings of words and in form between a provision and another provision. |
