利用变液面法改善超声清洗效果的研究

摘    要:根据波的叠加原理及清洗槽内驻波场形成的特点,通过在一个半波长行程内多次改变液面高度来对物件进行“扫描”式清洗。用铝箔空化腐蚀的方法检验清洗效果。实验结果表明,这种方法能有效地改善物件的超声清洗效果,提高清洗质量。

Abstract:Based on the theory of wave superposition and the formation of standing wave, the ultrasonic scancleaning effect was studied by changing the liquid level in one half of wavelength. By verification test of the corruption of aluminum foil, it was showed that the ultrasonic cleaning effect was improved.
