黑曲霉对Cu~(2+)生物吸附的研究

摘    要:利用常规微生物资源黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger),对重金属铜进行生物吸附,研究了转速、pH值、吸附时间等影响因素对黑曲霉生物吸附Cu2+的影响.实验结果表明,当转速为100r/min时,黑曲霉对Cu2+的生物吸附量最大,为6.688mg/L;当pH为5时,黑曲霉对Cu2+的生物吸附量达到最大,为6.713mg/L;前30min ,黑曲霉对Cu2+的生物吸附非常迅速,吸附效率由0增加到18.95% ,30~60min,黑曲霉对Cu2+的生物吸附缓慢增加,60min后吸附达到稳定.

Abstract:Aspergillus niger,as the conventional microorganism resource,was used to absorb the heavy metal Copper,the different influence factors about the adsorption of Cu2+ by aspergillus niger were studied too.The results of the experiment showed that the rotational speed is 100 r/min,the adsorption quantity is the maximum,i.e.6.688 mg/L;When the pH was five,the adsorption quantity is 6.713 mg/L,and the adsorption efficiency is best.And the adsorption was qucik in the first 30 min,and the adsorption efficiency incr...
