非介入式超声波液位检测系统设计

摘    要:设计了超声波液位检测系统,只需将探头侧贴在容器外壁上就能够检测探头所在位置液位的有无,并用红绿指示灯指示,可以在不破坏压力容器的情况下实现液位检测。本文重点设计了超声波高压脉冲发射电路、限幅保护电路、信号放大电路、检波电路及结果指示电路。最后通过用一组比较器输出的高低电平控制红绿指示灯的亮灭以显示测量结果。

Abstract:A liquid level detection system is designed here,which uses the ultrasonic wave. The liquid level where the sensor is can be detected just by sticking the sensor to the outside wall of the container,with the result indicated by red or green led lights. Therefore,the liquid level detection can be carried on without a damage to the pressure container.This text fucuses on designing circuits as follows:high voltage pulse trigger circuit;amplitude limiting protection circuit;signal amplifying circuit;wave detecting circuit and result indicating circuit.In the end,the result is shown by the indicating lights which is controlled by the output of a voltage comparator.
