预应力混凝土空心板梁静力荷载试验分析

摘    要:本文进行了跨径为20m的预应力混凝土空心板静力载荷试验,对梁的整体挠度、梁截面应变以及抗裂性试验数据进行了详细分析。结果表明:(1)该梁的刚度满足设计要求;(2)实测应变沿截面高度呈线形变化,符合平截面假定;应力校验系数为0.562,满足试验规范的要求;(3)在最大级试验荷载作用下,未发现有横向裂缝产生,试验空心板梁满足设计要求。

Abstract:Take a 20m hollow plate beam as an example, the static load experiment was conducted, and the experimental data about overall displacement, cross-section strain and the crack were analyzed carefully. The results show that: 1) its stiffness satisfied the design code. 2) the actual measured strain take on linear variety along the section height, which match the plane cross-section assumption; and the stress experiment coefficient is 0.562, which satisfied the testing specification.3)there is no crack occur under the last experiment load case, which show that the hollow plate beam satisfied the design code.
