航空发动机润滑系统滑油压力仿真计算

摘    要:利用英国商用流体系统仿真软件FLOWMASTER,对某型航空发动机润滑系统滑油压力进行了数值仿真,数值仿真以节点压力网络算法为基础。经过结构分析,建立了由润滑流路仿真元件与节点组成的网络模型,给定地面试车实验条件,对润滑系统压力特性进行仿真,得到了稳态情况下润滑系统内部滑油压力分布情况。结合试车数据,对影响发动机润滑系统压力特性的结构影响因素进行了分析,给出了该型发动机润滑系统结构的改进建议。

Abstract:The oil pressure of the lubrication oil system for an aeroengine is simulated using FLOWMASTER, a Britain commercial virtual hydro-systems modeling software. The simulation adopts node pressure network algorithm. Based on the topology analysis, the network simulation model which includes different elements and nodes is built. Given ground test conditions, the internal lubricating oil pressure distribution at steady state is obtained. Combined with test data, the structure factors which influence the engine lubrication oil system pressure characteristics are analyzed, and the improvement suggestions are presented.
