航空备件管理Milk-Run模型的优化仿真

摘    要:本文根据航空备件库存量大和占用经费多的特点提出了立足于物流运输模式来确定备件库存的新方法,利用一种新型SIMIO仿真的办法建立了航空备件的库存数量与保障模式之间的关系,提出了milk-run航空备件运输保障模型,并且进行了传统模型与milk-run模型的SIMIO仿真对比。结果表明,相对于传统模式,无论是总体成本还是库存成本都有了很大程度的降低,由此证明了milk-run航空备件保障模式相比于传统运输模式具有优势,并且可以为备件库存的确定提供必要的依据。

Abstract:According to the features of aviation spare equipments which occupied large number of inventory and cash, this article presented a new method to determine the aviation spare equipments inventory based on the logistics and transport models. The relationship between the logistics models and the inventory of aviation spare equipments is created by SIMIO simulation. Milk-Run aviation spare equipments logistics model is proposed. The comparison between Milk-Run aviation spare equipments logistics model and the traditional logistics model showed that, compared with the traditional logistics model, the total cost and the inventory cost had reduced obviously based on Milk-Run model. The results proving that the Milk-Run aviation spare equipments logistics model has more advantages than traditional logistics model in cost control. The specific logistics circumstances of the aviation spare equipments should be highly considered.
