催化装置再生器保温设计与施工方案研究

摘    要:在催化装置的设计过程中,为使再生器壁面材料在允许温度范围内工作,同时考虑节能因素,目前再生器的外表面温度设计的普遍比较低。较低的壁面温度使烟气中的一些酸性成份在再生器及烟气管道内壁,致使壁面发生腐蚀断裂。本文对惠州地区再生器外表面保温厚度进行设计,在满足夏季和冬季最不利环境工况下选择合理的保温厚度。并选用复合硅酸盐涂料进行保温,并制定施工法案。

Abstract:In the design process of the Catalyzed Installation, in order to allow the regenerator material work in the right temperature range, taking into account the energy factor, the design of the outer surface temperature is relatively low in general. Lower wall temperature so that make the flue gas of some acidic ingredients in the regenerator and flue pipe wall, resulting in corrosion the wall. In this paper, design the heat preservation thickness of the outer surface to meet the most adverse environmental conditions in summer and winter in Huizhou region. Select compound silicate coatings for insulation, and develop the construction bill.
