光钻铤大钻压防斜技术在徐家围子深井的应用

摘    要:大庆徐家围子深井具有地层硬、倾角大(最大可以达30?)等特点易井斜,采取轻压吊打的方法严重影响钻进效率,延长钻井周期。为了提高效率,该地区采用了光钻铤大钻压防斜打快技术,实践证明,光钻铤钻具组合在大庆徐家围子深井钻井中可提高机械钻速20%以上、延长钻头寿命30%以上、纠正井斜。本文通过对光钻铤钻具组合防斜打快机理进行分析,建立其运动学模型和动力学模型,推导出钻头侧向力求解公式,得出光钻铤大钻压防斜打快技术的原理及其适用性。

Abstract:.Because the hard strata and big formation dip angle, deep wells in Daqing Xujiaweizi area deviate easily. Low efficiency and long drilling cycle are big problems of drilling engineering since small pressure is used to prevent well deviation. To improve efficiency, smooth drill collars with high WOB technology is used for the deep wells in Daqing Xujiaweizi area. Practice has proved that using this technology, penetration rate can be increased more than 20% , bit life can be extended more than 30% and well deviation can be corrected in Daqing Xujiaweizi deep drilling. This paper through analyzes the smooth drill collars BHA,its kinematic model and dynamic model is builded, bit side force 's Solution formula is worked out, principles and applicability of smooth drill collars with high WOB technology is deduced.
