TiO2/SiO2复合粉体的简易研磨法制备

摘    要:以硫酸氧钛为钛源,以硅酸钠为硅源,采用简易研磨法制备了比纯TiO2光催化剂表面活性强,光催化性能高的TiO2∕SiO2复合物。借助X射线衍射(XRD),差热分析(TG-DTA)和Fourier变换红外光谱(FTIR)对该复合物进行表征,以活性大红的光催化降解反应对复合物的光催化活性进行评价。制备复合物的最佳条件:硫酸氧钛与硅酸钠的质量比为1:1,煅烧温度为500℃。对于初始质量浓度为50㎎/L的20mL活性大红溶液,当复合物加入量为0.10g时,紫外光下降解60min后活性大红降解率为98.3%,相同条件下TiO2对活性大红的降解率为96.5%。廉价的原料,简易的制备方法,极高的光催化降解效率,可以降低废水处理成本。

Abstract:Better surface activity and photocatalytic activity of TiO2/SiO2 composite catalyst was developed by a facile grinding method using titanyl sulfate as a titania source,and sodium silicate as a silica precursor.The composite was characterized by means of X-ray difractometry,TG-DTA analysis and FTIR.Its photocatalytic activity on the degradation of reactive scarlet was also evaluated by UV-Vis Spectrophotometer.The optimum preparation conditions of the composite are as follows: the mass ratio of titanyl sulfate to sodium silicate is 1:1,and the calcining temperature is 500 ℃.When the initial mass concentration of the reactive scarlet was 50 mg/L,the dosage of the composite was 0.1 g in every 20 mL dye liquor and the reaction time of degradation under ultraviolet was 60 min,the degradation rate of reactive scarlet is 98.3%.However,the photocatalytic efficiency by pure TiO2 is 96.5% under the same conditions.The investigation will provide a less expensive route to synthesize the titania-silica composite with higher photocatalytic degradation efficiency for the application of wastewater treatment.
