摘 要: | 文章分析了对液化石油气储罐区物质危险性和常见事故类型,就罐区而言,池火灾、蒸气云爆炸(VCE)和沸腾液体扩展蒸气云爆炸(BLEVE)是三种常见事故。选用池火灾和蒸气云爆炸简化数学模型对液化石油气储罐区的火灾事故后果进行了定量评价,确定了火灾事故的人员伤害和财产损失范围。所得结果对于储罐区安全距离、防火堤设计及事故应急救援具有一定的指导意义。

Quantitative Hazard Evaluation for the Area of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Storage Vessels |

Abstract: | Material hazards and major accident types in the area of liquefied petroleum gas storage vessels are analyzed in the article.As far as the tank farm is concerned,pool-fire,vapor cloud explosion(VCE) and boiling liquid expan-ding vapor explosion(BLEVE) are three kinds of major risks.Mathematical models of pool-fire and VCE are performed in quantitative assessment for fire accident consequence.People hurt and property loss scopes are obtained.Assessment results can be used to guide safety distance and fire-dike design in tank farm and accident emergency rescue. |
