| Abstract: | FT (Fuzzy Tree) general evaluation approach isused to evaluate general performance of communication NMS. According to the basic idea ofFT, the factors and its grade affected NMS performance are confirmed. Their weights byusing statistical method are determined. FT is used for evaluating general performance ofthe communication networks manage system. |
