霍山县建设用地需求预测研究

随着中国城镇化进程的加快,经济发展对建设用地的需求与日俱增。国家在积极推进经济发展的同时,也在极力强调保持现有耕地面积不减少,严格控制建设用地的利用。建设用地的供求矛盾越来越突出,建设用地需求预测研究对霍山县这样山多地少的地区更为重要。本文依据霍山的土地利用现状和经济发展趋用两种方法研究了其未来对建设用地的需求,为制定科学合理的土地利用规划和经济社会的健康发展提供参考依据。

Predication of Construction Land Use in Huoshan County

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the demand of economic growth for construction land use is also on the increase day by day. While economic growth is actively boosted, preserve of current agricultural acreage and rigorous control of construction land use are emphasized. Contradiction between supply and demand of construction land use is more and more prominent, and study on prediction of demand for construction land use plays a more important part for such region as Huoshan with many mountains and few lands, Based on current land use and economic growth trend, demand for construction land use in the future is predicted with two methods, giving reference to the establishment of scientific and rational planning for land use as well as healthy development of the economic society.
