摘    要:根据对液压凿岩卡钎机理的分析,针对3种不同的卡钎现象,在采用 "绝对变化量"控制条件的基础上,应用计算机技术,提出推进力、回转扭矩的"变化率"控制条件,更准确地对可能出现的卡钎种类进行判定,实现"二路反馈三级防卡"的"主动预防"和"被动防卡"的设想.提出"开关式"和"无级调节式"两种处理方案,防卡钎的同时兼顾钻孔效率.
