兔脾淋组织液增强猪瘟细胞苗免疫抗体效价的试验

采用1%健康兔脾淋组织液稀释猪瘟细胞苗分别免疫10日龄经猪瘟乳前免疫的仔猪和经60~65日龄采用细胞苗二免的120日龄中猪,与生理盐水稀释组对照,免疫后15d采血检测抗体(IHA法)。二次试验结果表明:用兔脾淋组织液稀释猪瘟细胞苗免疫猪比用生理盐水稀释猪瘟细胞苗免疫猪可产生更高的保护性抗体效价,两者的差异均极显著(P<0.01)。

The Test Effect Value of Rabbit Spleen-lymph Tissue Fluid in Strengthening Swine Fever Cell Vaccine lmmunity Antibody

Swine fever cell vaccine diluted by 1% spleen-lymph tissue flmid of a healthy rabbit is applied separately to immunizing 10-day-old pigling immunized from seine fever before sucking and to secondly immunizing 120-day-old young pig innoculated with cell vaccine when it was 60 to 65 days old.They are contrasted with another group of pigs immunize-byd swine fever cell vaccine diluted by physiological saline,having tested their antibody by adopting the serum with IHA method on the fifteenth day after the immunity.The results of the two experiments have made clear that the pigs immunize-byd by swine fever cell vaccine diluted by rabbit spleen-lymph tissue fluid can bring about higher protective antibody effect value than those immunized by swine fever cell vaccine diluted by physiological saline,and the difference between both of them is extremely notable in immunity(p<0.01).
