| 摘 要： | 论述了网络性能管理的主要性能参数和Internet端到端主动式测量管理系统的设计方法 ,详细分析了系统的关键部分管理模式及调度算法 .利用网络损伤测试仪对系统的测量精度进行了实验和比较 ,证实了系统的精确性和可靠性

| Abstract: | At first, this paper introduces the main performance parameter of network performance management, and expatiates the designing means of the Internet end-to-end active measuring and managing system. And then, the paper describes the managing mode and dispatching arithmetic which is the key part of the system. With the network failure meter, we test and compare the measuring precisions of the system, and validate the accuracy and reliability of the system. At last, the foreground of the application and prospect the future wete given. |
