管道地面标定的影响因素研究

摘    要:为实现对管道内检测器的准确定位,尽量克服由于天气原因对地面标定带来的测量角度误差,探究不同季节和土壤湿润度对地面标定的影响。提出采用MEMS声矢量传感器进行土壤地面标记研究。选取一年之中6个偶数月作对比实验,并对采集到的信号进行分析处理。绘制出测量角度——真实角度曲线与测量角度值表,其次,选取定向最为准确的时间段,研究干燥土壤与潮湿土壤的影响。结果表明:12月上旬的定向结果最为精确,其测量点角度与真实角度相差能精确到1.051度;在2月、4月时,相对误差较大,定向角度最不精确;土壤干燥时比土壤潮湿时定位更准确。研究对运用声传感器进行管道内检测器地面标记具有深远的意义。

Abstract:In order to achieve accurate positioning of the detector in the pipeline, overcome the angles error on the ground marking due to the weather, explore the affection of the different seasons and soil moisture on the ground calibration, then ground marking studies by MEMS acoustic vector sensor is proposed. To select six even months in one year to do comparative experiment, analysis the signals and drawn the angle table. Secondly, selecting the most accurate period, to research the impact of the dry soil and wet soil. The results show that: The result of direction on December is the most accurate month, the difference between angle of the measurement point and the true angle can be achieve to 1.051 degrees; On February and April, the relative error is larger, the orientation angle is the most inaccurate; it is more accurate when the soil is dry than it in wet soil. Far-reaching meaning has been provided in this research.
