| 摘 要： | 切取生长势一致的芦笋顶芽2～3mm，接种在添加不同浓度KT和IBA两种激素的生根培养基中，结果表明：当IBA浓度为1mg／L，KT浓度为0．02mg／L时，生根率可达到90％．另外，在相同条件下不同芦笋品种生根情况差异明显．添加NAA0．1mg／L或PP3331mg／L可促进难生根品种生根，改善生根情况．

| Abstract: | In this experiment,the tops of Asparagus stem on the top were planted in different media,including KT and IBA.The results indicated that 2/1 MS+IBA_(1.0)+KT_(0.2) was the best media for the propagation of roots.The rooting rates increased when NAA_(0.05) or PP_(3331.0) was added into the culture media. |
