一种新型高强度差速器分析研究

摘    要:差速器是汽车转向过程中所必须的传动机构,差速器在重型载重车上使用较频繁,损坏较严重.该文主要阐述一种高强度差速器,并对其所涉及到的零部件进行分析,利用Autodesk Inventor Professional 2008进行三维绘制以及利用ANSYS进行应力分析,经过理论分析以及试验结果表明,所设计的高强度差速器满足主减速器总成输出扭矩60000 N·m的使用要求.

Abstract:Differential is a necessary transmission system in steering process, which is used frequently on heavy truck, and is often damaged severely. This paper has illustrated and analyzed a new type of high-intensity differential Autodesk Inventor Professional 2008 is adopted to make a 3D drawing and the ANSYS software is used to make some analyses on its stress. Based on the theorectical analysis and experiment results it proves that the high-intensity differential assembly can meet the need of 60000N. M output torque.
