| 摘 要： | 化学实践教学在人才培养中起着举足轻重的作用.针对不同专业学生采取以人为本的柔性化方式方法,以期达到提高学生的学习积极性,提高学生的动手能力的目的,使实践教学更具目的性和规范性,更好地把学生培养成为应用型、技能型人才,以满足社会的需要.

| Abstract: | Practice teaching in chemistry plays an important role in education.In order to improve students＇ learning initiative and the practical abilities,people-oriented flexible teaching systems are adopted for students of different majors.Meanwhile,practice teaching would be more objective and normative.Students would be cultivated to the applied and skillful talents to satisfy the needs of the community. |
