XRD单晶定向新装置的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种对"单晶"类样品进行鉴定评价和定向切割的新方法、新装置。以往解决此类问题需要专用仪器,资源紧缺。现在从衍射基本原理出发提出了一条新的测试路线,通过XRD自转条件下的θ扫描蝴蝶图能对"单晶"类型进行鉴定。它直接测出的就是晶向偏离角,再慢速点动捕捉到它的方位,从而指导定向切割,能三维定向,还能进一步作出XRD摇摆曲线,对单晶品质进行评价。新装置为定向切割和各向异性研究提供了简便手段,任何X衍射仪都可安装。

Abstract:In this paper,we introduced a new equipment,which can be conveniently installed into any XRD system.This equipment can be used to determine the orientation of single crystal and evaluate the crystal quality.Conventionally,we need special and expensive equipments to do those works.However,based on the new idea,the crystals can be evaluated by a 'butterfly diagram',which can be measured by the new equipment.From 'butterfly diagram',the deviation angle between the crystal plane and the specimen surface can be measured.The projection of the crystal orientation on the sample surface can also be determined,then three-dimensional orientation and rocking curve can be measured by the new equipment.
